The Original Style Of Rhythm And Blues Performed With The Deep Feeling Of Southern Soul Music

So many times they would say "It's sort of a mix of" or "I am not really sure what style it is actually called now".  Radio stations were often changing formats as if searching for the sound needed to capture a regular audience.  Record stores were were finding it more difficult to locate product under a catagory that would assist consumers in finding the style of music for which they were searching.  After speaking time and time again with friends and colleagues in and around the music business, Jo Jo decided to try a new approach.

After an extensive search for the best studio musicians and an agreement with record producer Reggie Johnson, Jo Jo as a writer along with a group of other writers, put together eight original songs and recorded them along with two other great classics from the past.  Even rap artist Flip (St. Andrew Crowley) came forward to express his talent of smooth flowing lyrics on one of the original compositions.  The result was a composition of ten songs on compact disc scheduled to be released on

 Rosemont Records.

The title of the album is Yesterday and is released  onn
Rosemont Records product code 5-01612.
